The purpose of the company is to promote DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION for the economic and social progress of developing countries within the meaning of § 6 of the Development Countries Tax Act.

The primary objective of this DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION is to help developing countries to secure their own food supply, to promote the development of an efficient social and economic infrastructure, including healthcare and transportation, to protect the environment and to promote the development of the environment, especially in rural areas including healthcare and transportation, to protect the environment, to improve energy supply and to promote education.

The purpose of the Articles of Association is realized in particular through the promotion of agricultural development aid projects by means of import, export, service and training for agricultural goods, equipment and services, service and training for agricultural goods, equipment and machinery primarily, but not exclusively, in Africa.
